P4 Friday 20th February 2026

In P4 this week we have had a lot of compliments about members of our class being helpful in the playground, especially with the younger pupils. Well done!

Great Green (things that are going well)

Tuesday was the start of Chinese New Year. We had fun learning about the different traditions, creating our own Chinese lanterns and even writing our names using the Chinese alphabet.

We have made good use of IT this week to complete daily check ins, work on tasks on Sumdog and practice skills in telling the time using a range of online activities.

Think Pink (things that were a bit tricky)

In Maths we are learning about time. We have made a good start but will need to keep practising.

We have been using maps to locate castles all over Scotland and will continue to practise finding landmarks on maps.

This week’s Lead Learners are Julia and Wyatt who showed our school values of kindness and respect. Well done!
