Primary 5 - Friday 20th February

This week in Primary 5 we have continued to look after and nurture our baby spider plants. They are growing very well and are just about ready to move from their incubator to the Nursery pots.

Great Green – ‘What went well’

– Primary 5 have been working hard with Miss Boyd this week, practising telling the time using both analogue and digital clocks.
– There was lots of excitement and keen competition during P.E. with the use of a very long badminton net spread across the hall.

Think Pink – ‘Even better if’

– practise identifying the time using minutes to and minutes past e.g. 12 minutes past 7 or 24 minutes to 3.
– think about where and when you can get a chance to read your library book. The more interesting the reading location the better (take a photo!!)

Lead Learners.

This week our Lead Learners are Thea and Arlo
Their tasks will be to
– man the class ‘Customer Service desk’ where they will support learning in the class and answer any enquiries!
– check all I.T. equipment is ready for use each day.
