Primary 1 - 29.5.26

A busy week in Primary 1 with lots of revision and learning of our sounds and letter combinations.

We have been very lucky with the weather this week and Primary 7 sorted a sensory walk for us using the blindfolds in the playground.

In PE we were practising our athletics skills in preparation for our sports day in June.

Great Green: “What went well…”

-We have been writing sentences starting with ‘’I can see …’ and using our knowledge of letter formation and Fry’s words.

-In Maths, we have been learning about different types of coins. We have used coins to make simple amounts to 20p.

 

Think Pink: “Even better if…”

-Next week, we will use a wider range of coins to make amounts.

Well done to Isla and Nia for being our lead learners this week.
