P6 - Friday 29th May 2026

This week we enjoyed the warmer weather and got outside a bit more. One of the things we did was the daily mile with the P1s and P2s .

Great Green

• With Mrs Harris, we learnt some new golf skills outside.
• On Thursday we progressed our HWB learning and everyone was very mature and respectful in class and to each other.
• This week we completed our writing assessments by recounting our trip to the Kelpies from last week and so far, they look great!
• Mrs Brown has been very impressed with the Listening and Talking assessment group discussions that happened on Tuesday.

Think Pink

• To continue to prioritise numeracy lessons and asking for help.
• Continue to work on not turning around for a chat or getting distracted.
• Especially when outside at break and lunch, remembering what we can do to be kind and inclusive.

Lead Learner Update

Our Lead Learners next week will be Alegra and Violet for demonstrating real focus and attention to their Writing and Numeracy this week – well done girls!
