P3/2 Friday 4th September

This week Primary 3/2 have been learning about place value and revising the ten times table. We have also been identifying nouns (people, Place and things). Next week we will be starting the Literacy Carousel, where P2 and P3 will follow a targeted literacy programme aimed at strengthening essential literacy skills, including phonics, blending, reading, comprehension, and the recognition and application of high-frequency words.

In writing the pupils used their describing bubbles well and tried to up-level some vocabulary.

Remember that zero is a place holder when working with Hundreds, Tens and Ones and we still need to include it.
