P6/5 - Friday 4th September

We have had a lovely week in P6/5, exploring our new topic, experiencing judo and working on our ‘Think Pink’ from last week whilst working on our spelling tasks.

Great Green:

• We have produced great writing this week, remembering to use our core targets and add nouns. We also marked our own work!
• Our listening skills have definitely improved this week which is great as it has allowed us to enjoy some rewards as we are able to get through our lessons without disruption .
• We loved having our families in for our ‘Big Breakfast’, exploring the tasks provided and proudly showing off our classroom.
• We continued exploring greetings and the French alphabet, and all had a go at saying it.

Think Pink:

We will focus on using our initiative to find out information already displayed in the classroom such as the date and the daily timetable.

Lead Learners

Thank you to Zuzanna and Callie for being our lead learners this week.

I’m pleased to say our lead learners for next week are Lawclyn and Lily. They were awarded this for showing great perseverance this week. Well done!
