P3/2 Friday 9th October
Great Green
This week, Primary 2, 3 and 4 were delighted to welcome Susan, the librarian from Carmondean Library. She spoke to the children about the many facilities and activities available at the library, including Lego and Craft Clubs, and handed out library membership forms.
Children who join the library can take part in a reading reward scheme. Each time they read a book, they will receive a sticker. Once they have collected four stickers, they can take their completed reading chart to Livingston Football Club and receive a ticket to attend a match.
We encourage families to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to foster a love of reading while enjoying the benefits of their local library.
Think Pink
P3/2 think that they need to tidy up resources a little quicker to ensure smoother transitions and also remembering to collect jackets during break and lunch to avoid them getting lost or damaged.
